Peanut Allergy How Long Show Symptoms

How Congress elect the future?: This is a shameful truth raised by Augusto Alvarez Rodrich

may be worse ah
By Augusto Alvarez Rodrich
alvarezrodrich@larepublica.com.pe

The disturbing formation of the next Congress.

No group achieved the vote enough to form a majority, so the next Congress would have about seven games without a lead. But the main risk is not to be fragmented but even more mediocre and corrupt than the present.

Concern for this possibility is obvious. Confiep president, Ricardo Briceno just urge the parties to assess "very closely" to its candidates to Congress and has been recommended to endorse the operation 'Lupita corruption' that promotes Proética to promote transparency of the nominations.

is understandable that the business sector are concerned about a further deterioration of Parliament. First, the torpedoes they can leave from the Plaza Bolivar to economic stability. Second, corruption, promoting, stop or change a law. Third, because Congress needed to pass key reforms that are pending in areas like education, health, safety or justice.
Except

few political groups, at least, are expressing the desire to make a responsible recruitment in their lists of candidates, as seen so far suggests the worst, namely that the creation is made with such precarious the result is, between 2011 and 2016, a more mediocre and corrupt Congress that we have now. This would not be a surprise because, over the past two decades, each new Parliament has been worse than the previous.

criteria, unfortunately, used various parties to form their lists of candidates are:

1. Loyalty leader. Before the ability to contribute to the design of public policies, is put in the balance of unconditional willingness to obey in everything, all the chief.

2. Base metal. The economic contribution for a campaign is often a decisive factor in selecting candidates. There are parties who book places on the list for those patrons and did not ask them where the money goes. This allows some unscrupulous lobbyists to put their representatives in Congress to do their bidding. Also, the drug trade.
3. Family ties. Give him a seat on the household economic needs to solve the most common.

4. Feedback magnets. Seeks artists, athletes or anyone with fame and notoriety to attract voters without prejudice to not have the slightest idea what or where is the Congress.

With criteria like that should surprise anyone is a risk that the next Congress is even worse than today. That is less efficient, more poor, less intelligent, more corrupt. Although you may not believe.

Avram Noam Chomsky: the 10 strategies of media manipulation of the media

The American linguist Noam Chomsky developed the list of "Ten Strategies for handling" through the mass media, which is reproduced here, ranging from the strategy of distraction , through a gradual strategy to keep the public in ignorance and mediocrity.

1. The strategy of distraction

The key element of social control is the strategy of distraction that is to divert attention the public of important issues and changes determined by the political and economic elites, by the technique of continuous deluge or flood of distractions and trivial information. The strategy of distraction is also essential to keep the public interested in the essential knowledge in the area of science, economics, psychology, neurobiology and cybernetics. "Keeping people's attention distracted away from the real social problems, captivated by issues of no real importance. Keep the public busy, busy, busy, no time to think back to farm and other animals (Quoted in the text 'Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars). "

2. Create problems and then offer solutions

This method is also called "problem-reaction-solution." It creates a problem, a "situation" provided to cause a reaction in the audience, so this is the principal of the actions you want to accept. For example: let it unfold and intensify urban violence, or arrange for bloody attacks, so that the public is the applicant's security laws and policies to the detriment of freedom. Or: create an economic crisis to gain acceptance as a necessary evil retreat of social rights and the dismantling of public services.

3. The strategy of gradual

To make it accept an unacceptable degree, just apply it gradually, in dribs and drabs, for consecutive years. That is how they radically new socioeconomic conditions (neoliberalism) were imposed during the 1980 and 1990: minimal state, privatization, precariousness, flexibility, mass unemployment, wages and do not guarantee a decent income, so many changes that have caused a revolution if they had been applied once.

4. The strategy of deferring
Another way to accept an unpopular decision is to present it as "painful and necessary", gaining public acceptance at the time, for future application. It is easier to accept a future sacrifice a slaughter. First, because the effort is not used immediately. Then, because the public, mass, always has the tendency to expect naively that "everything will be better tomorrow" and that the sacrifice required may be avoided. This gives the public more time to get used to the idea of change and accept it resignation when the time comes.

5. Address the public as little child

Most advertising to the general public uses speech, argument, people and particularly children's intonation, often close to the weakness, as if the viewer were a little creature age or a mentally deficient. The more you try searching deceive the viewer, the more it tends to adopt a tone infantilising. Why? "If one goes to a person as if she had the age of 12 years or less, then, due to suggestibility, it will tend, with some probably a response or reaction is also devoid of a critical sense as a person 12 years or younger (see "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars"). "

6. Using the emotional aspect much more than the reflection

Make use of the emotion is a classic technique to cause a short circuit on rational analysis, and finally to the critical sense of the individual. Moreover, the use of emotional register opens the door to the unconscious for implantation or grafting ideas, desires, fears and doubts, compulsions, or induce behaviors ...
7. Keep the public in ignorance and mediocrity

Make that the public is incapable of understanding the technologies and methods used to control and enslavement. "The quality of education given to the lower social classes must be the poor and mediocre as possible so that the gap of ignorance it plans among the lower classes and upper classes are and remain unattainable for the lower classes (see 'Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars). "

8. Encourage the public to be complacent with mediocrity

Promote the public to believe the fact that it is fashionable to be stupid, vulgar and uneducated ...

9. Reinforce self-blame

Make believe the individual who is he alone to blame for their own misfortune, because of the failure of their intelligence, their abilities, or their efforts. So, instead of rebelling against the economic system, the individual autodesvalida and guilt, which creates a depression, one of whose effects is to inhibit its action. And, without action, there is no revolution!

10. Know the best individuals of what they themselves know

Over the past 50 years, rapid advances in science have generated a growing gap between public knowledge and those owned and used by the ruling elites. With biology, neurobiology and applied psychology, the "system" has enjoyed a sophisticated understanding of human beings, both physically and psychologically. The system has gotten better known to the common person than he knows himself. This means that, in most cases, the system exerts greater control and a great power over individuals, more than individuals about themselves.

Watch Batteries Die When I Wear Watches

What we celebrate as we celebrate the "Year of the Centenary of Machu Picchu to the World"?

E This is the year of the centenary of the birth of José María Arguedas (Andahuaylas 1911 - Lima, 1969). It was our desire and clamor, it was the best and expected, it conveniet, timeliness and sensible, that 2011 be named and remembered as the Year of the Centenary of the Birth of José María Arguedas ", however, and is a true sorry to say, once the rewards and recognizes the looting, opportunism and the resiliency of the "discoverer" of Machu Picchu, Hiram Bingham. Machu Picchu is our heritage, our pride and an invaluable symbol of the greatness of our ancestors, no doubt, but, in truth, nothing special is about 2011.

I repeat: most desirable and appropriate (where you look) was that the 2011 bear the name of Arguedas, in this way not only we honored the memory of one of the most distinguished and intellectual characters universally known and studied, but also it was an excellent opportunity to disseminate their thoughts, his work and his intellectual prowess, we lost an excellent opportunity to extend its name to all our fellow citizens (there is an undeniable truth: many are unaware of who he is and what is its significance in the literary tradition and especially the intellectual, political, educational , cultural anthropology and a nation like ours). Oportuniddaes like this we need to rethink, reinvent ourselves and recognize ourselves as a nation heterogeneous, multilingual and multicultural. Arguedas lived, fought and wrote for a Peru more just, equitable, inclusive, lived and felt in his veins and heart Quechua language and culture, reported the abuse, racism, exlusion and abuse suffered by indigenous people: we owe a lot to José María, "with his novels, short stories, anthropological, folkloric and teachers, contributed to the artistic and social value of indigenous Quechua-ridden for centuries' in the country. He lived and fought tirelessly and proverbially "For a wise Peru loaded with powerful, full of generosity by eager students and real teachers who act with generosity knew
patient
"

Me may quote the anthropologist Ruth Sady: "The 2011 does not mean anything related to the significance of Machu Picchu. Would have preferred to be the year of José María Arguedas, who really is a symbolic character that has a message, a content and a very important meaning to all present and future generation, "he told RPP Noticias.

was an opportunity to "Share, cohesive, integrate all the blood and was the centenary of his birth, then I think we should have a recognition of him. We were hoping that this happens because Arguedas is a character, an asset to our country not only of literature but for its historical message, "he said indignantly, so we believe too, and that we feel.

is not crying over spilled milk (if I may use this well-known popular saying). I raise my voice in protest, my anger knows no bounds: I can not shut up. We can not and must not remain silent against such failure, it seems voluntary, calculated, well thought out and planned by the APRA government. Colossal ego got the better of our president, got the better of frivolity, ignorance and stupidity of our lawmakers.

Now the questions are: Why this omission?, Why we are denied such rights and claims, what does extraneous reasons or impulses move our politicians to do so?
Here are some reasons or hypotheses, which seem to be alien to the truth: Veto
Arguedas and "adjustment" of accounts: the APRA and Fujimori lawmakers, backed by some congressmen called "defectors", refused to nominate 2011 with the name of the centenary of the birth of José María Arguedas. Instead, in the first instance, chose the most ridiculous of names: "Year of the submarine, which is utterly useless and absurd, as well as ridiculous, after successive governments who have abandoned the armed forces: no forget that we occupy one of the last places among the countries with fewer units of submarines.

then decided on the name of the centenary of the discovery of Machu Picchu, which is more a tribute to his "discoverer" Hiram Bingham, rather than the prodigious Inca architecture, known long before Hiram Bingham residents place.

What is the reason why "our" parliament have rejected Arguedas honor? Lies not only in the low cultural level of these, but is because he knew the poor entails Arguedas Twisted APRA and even photographed and caricatured in his novels.

The other hypothesis does not look a hair taken from: the colossal ego of our president. The celebration will be big in the Inca sanctuary has attracted to the region of Cusco to one million 550 thousand tourists in 2010. According to some tourist sources, the central ceremony of the centennial will be televised worldwide and start the novelist Mario Vargas Llosa, who in 2010 won the Nobel Prize for Literature. Are expected to attend President Garcia, who this month completed its mandate, and invited foreign rulers, as well as hundreds of journalists and there will be a demonstration of Andean folklore. Will invited celebrities including rock singers Sting, Paul McCartney and Bono and ten grandchildren of Hiram Bingham, being able to sing Juan Diego Flórez, the famous Peruvian opera performer.

IN CONCLUSION, the agent who is profiled by 2016 wants to say goodbye to the "large" with an international festival, ostentatious and muldialmente transmitted. We are not against the festival itself, but how and for what purposes you intend to use. Is this the real reason that the name of Arguedas has been displaced? Think and draw their own concluiones.
